esim installation

Hello,

I have an issue with installing of esim on my iPhones (12 and 13 pro) and both don't have a button Add a tarif in Mobile Data. How can I solve it?

Does your network provider support the data plan for the eSIM?

Depending on the provider, both SIM cards have to be issued by the same provider.

Has the provider different instructions on their support pages, to activate the eSIM?

Did you already try to reinstall iOS, using your computer?

Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to factory settings


By doing that you can make sure, that all needed carrier settings are being updated.

This can also been done manually:

On my iPhone 11 there was an option Add Cellular Plan, but on 13 pro there is no (as you can see, screenshot above). I tried to scan the QR code but it doesn't work. I checked General settings and there is no SIM restrictions for Network Provider . May be there are some other points that are blocking me?
