Subscription in Burundi

I am from Burundi and I have a visa card I would like to add to my account. I have to use my friend's so that I can make a subscription and I would like to be able to do it from my account instead of my friend's. How can you help me?

To add to that, my location Burundi is not listed in the countries. I would like to be able to use my visa card at the apple store. Kindly I would like help from the community to reach out to those in charge and see if something can be done. I would really appreciate
