How can i fix my phone camera if it says unknown part?

How can i fix my camera if it says unknown part? The error message says it may not be a genuine Apple camera but it was brand new phone when i bought it and i have had it fora least a year and now receiving othis error message? Any ideas?

It's some sort of "feature" (some say bug) that Apple has been using and it nags the user if the camera was replaced, but also does so if a camera was replaced with a salvage part or apparently even if the same part was just disconnected at some point. Sounds like your camera might have "lost contact" with the logic board. Only Apple has the equipment to reset the error message, and I believe it has to be done directly by Apple's equipment.
