Wifi notification

Hi, I've been having troubles with my wifi lately. It sometimes disconnects without me realizing it, so I end up burning data (which I have a very limited supply of). Is there any way someone could build me a Shortcut that notifies me when my home wifi disconnects, while I'm still at home?

If anyone could help me out here I would be very grateful

(P.S.: It doesn't necessarily have to be a shortcut. I just need my phone to let me know when it disconnects from wifi while i'm at home.

Hello CrzyBoy777,

We’ll be glad to lend you a hand with your iPhone and the Wi-Fi connection. And when you have limited data, you want to be able to keep up with how your iPhone is connecting.

It may not be your Wi-Fi is dropping. If you have About Wi-Fi Assist enabled, the cellular data will take over the Wi-Fi if the signal becomes weak.

Should it be that you have that feature disabled, or it is your Wi-Fi connection dropping and you don’t want to connect to cellular data automatically, you may want to consider turning off the Cellular Data option when home. That would give you control over when it’s being used. See Use cellular data on your iPhone or iPad.

To troubleshoot why the connection drops, see If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network and Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points.

If you still have issues with the iPhone and Wi-Fi losing connection, you will want to contact Apple Support by going to Get Support.

Hi Chris, thanks for responding.

Unfortunately I already have WiFi assist disabled. And yes, I do sometimes disable data while at home, but im worried that ill forget to turn it back on when I leave, and ill miss something important. It is almost definitely a wifi issue, but I dont think it's the phone, because with cell data turned off it behaves normally. I'll try the troubleshooting...
