I connected my iPhone X to a Toshiba laptop I pressed trust and opened iTunes
what's happening is that iTunes is not opening my iPhone so I can backup my data what should I do?

Do you have an active VPN? If so turn it off and see what happens. Try rebooting your router and see if the issue remains. You might also want to check for malware.
