hola, I tried to add cards to Apple Pay and it won't let me. it says I can only add cards from Canada and I don't understand why if I'm from CHILE.

Your Apple ID region must be the same as the bank card region. You must have cards from Chile to add cards to the Wallet app if you are in Chile.
