AirPods status light won't turn white
AirPods will not appear i device list and status light stays green

Hi joanandal,
We see you're having some trouble connecting your AirPods to your iPhone.
We'd recommend you reset the AirPods and then try pairing them to your iPhone again.
If you're still unable to do so, let us know what happens when you try to reset them? For example, if the light does or does not turn blinking white and then amber.
