How to do I request an app to be updated for new iPhones? If we are to upgraded our phone then you need to update the apps. The app is X32-Q. I need it for my church.

That app is developed and support by a 3rd party, not Apple.
It appears that both the developer's website and their support site are no longer active and that the app has not been updated in years. See: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/x32-q/id587363794
