Cycle tracking

Is there any way to fully trim if this feature as I’m a male and do not need to use it and so far have found no way to disable it.

No. Non-menstruating people (which, by the way, includes a substantial number of women) just need to ignore it. Just like non-wheelchair using people ignore "Wheelchair Distance" and "Pushes". Or people who don't swim ignore any of the swimming metrics.
