Apple offers “quick how-to” software support with AppleCare+, not sure about malware removal. I’d tend to assume that usually heads toward re-installation, or maybe an add-on tool.

Malware is pretty rare for macOS, though adware apps and sketchy security apps and sketchy cleaning apps and sketchy VPN apps are fairly common.

What issues or symptoms are you encountering?

EtreCheck can find some sketchy stuff, and that can be downloaded and run and the report shared to the clipboard. Then open a new reply here, and press the button that looks like a printed page (additional trxt, text attachment) to get a text input box big enough to paste the hardware and software configuration report here, and paste the report into the text input box.
