No response - Logitech Doorbell

I keep getting in no response on my Logitech doorbell. It’s not recording anything. Please tell me there’s something else I can do other than taking it off the house deleting it from the Home app and starting all over.

Logitech Circle 2 Doorbell - HomeKit secure video Installed the Logitech Circle View Doorbell. Operated perfectly, then on the 10th day it stopped recording. Contacted Logitech support first without resolving the problem. Contacted Apple support and reviewed the complete setup. They decided it was defective and returned it to Apple. Two days later I received the new replacement Logitech Circle View doorbell, installed it. The replacement doorbell does not record. I have reviewed on this Apple Website other Logitech Cameras have had the same problem. I tried all of the recommended solutions that worked for other people without success. I’m open to suggestions please. Thanks

HomeKit devices go offline and then back online Any idea why my Logitech doorbell and camera HomeKit devices go offline and back online multiple times each day? The home hub also does the came thing, although not as frequently.

Logitech doorbell Was really excited about Logitech video doorbell that supported by Apple home app. But started reading reviews about the Logitech doorbell itself and changed my mined because of overheating problems. And there are no more video doorbells on market that support by home app. Suggestions?!

Supposedly there is a recent firmware update that resolves this, have you done that?
