I wanted to send money to someone on Apple Pay but I didn’t know I couldn’t use a apple gift card to transfer it from the App Store, I want to take it out

You cannot transfer money from your Apple ID or iTunes pass to your Apple Cash. You have to meet certain criteria. Go here for assistance - iTunes - Official Apple Support
