Green tinge issue in iPhone X

I was using my phone and all of a sudden this green tinge came on my screen just adjacent to the notch and green shade is there. Screen keeps on flickering in low brightness. This seems to be a software issue which is not been resolved by apple since long. I have tried everything to get this fixed by nothing worked. This is something which is not expected from Apple. What is the resolution come out for this problem?
