keyboard on iphone is playing weird

I am using a iPhone 11 for more than 1 year, recently the keyboard is playing weird. From multiple application, including Message, Browser, email, while I am typing on key "Y", it just returns either "t" or "u".

I have removed the screen protector and there is no case on the phone, I have also reset the keyboard dictionary on the phone. Still the same.

Please help.
