Payment method keep getting declined

I have purchased icloud+. Initially payment were successful and i had no complaints to it but later on from this month, every card which i add, payments are getting declined. And also keyboard is behaving abnormal when i tried to add funds to my apple id. Is the issue same with all?

iPhone 12, iOS 15
