How to remove kids under 13 from family sharing

Does anyone have a solution to the under 13 years old family sharing rule. Ps: I do not have another group that I can transfer them as I only want to update the email as it is incorrect. I want to delete 2 of my 3 kids as they are not using iPhones.

iPhone 5, iOS 10

Hi,

Child Accounts cannot exist without being tied to Family Sharing.

If you no longer wish to have them tied to your FS, you would need to either transfer them to another Family Sharing group, or request deletion of their Apple ID account on https://privacy.apple.com/

After you have successfully submitted the deletion request, the Apple ID account should be permanently deleted within seven days.
