Help, Hearing Noises all of a sudden!
I don’t know why but my phone randomly starts playing what sounds like running water in the background, it’s driving me crazy,,, Any ideas??

You did not inform about your iPhone model and iOS version in use. I will have to assume that you are using iOS version 15.x
On your iPhone, open Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ Audio/Visual ➡️ Background Sounds: Set this to OFF.
