My FindMy app isn't working. I have listened to what every website says. I checked my location services, my time and date, my cellular settings, and reset all my settings. It still says "share my location unavailable. Unable to connect to server. pleaser try again later."

Sorry to hear you are having some issues with your iPhone. Are you able to share your location in Messages? Or do you receive the same error/alert?
First, confirm you are updated to iOS 15.2.1.
If so, confirm you have Location Services enabled within Settings > Privacy.
