I wanted to buy a game today
“Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies”
which is not available in my country doesn’t work even if i switched to USA
i only switched my
”Media and purchases” apple id
not my main apple id
Do i have to do both? Or how do i fix this?

Why is it like that for what reason?
Could be either legal reasons in this country or the developer does not want to sell the app in this country.
