IMac 24 inch unplug during sleeping mode

I just bought iMac24 inch. However, for first time using, I have accidentally unplugged the iMac when it is in sleeping mood. Is it harm for iMac? I’m worried about it…

iMac 24″, macOS 12.1

The iMacs are protected against accidental power fails, nothing to worry about. Separately, disable Sleep, it’s unnecessary on later Macs, all pain, no gain. To disable, check “Prevent…” and “start up automatically after a power failure” in Energy Preferences and uncheck everything else. You can leave the display off time as is, unrelated to Sleep. Shut for long absences i.e. > 2 hours.
