Wifi Connection issue after update to 15.2.1

Our phones will not stay on wifi after the update to 15.2.1. I have reset the network and it keeps saying incorrect wifi password on the iphone Xr. Iphone 11 the password works but will not stay connected. How do I fix it or how to I go back to the previous iOS?
