i am no longer using apple products but i cannot cancel the icloud storage plan
I switched my phone and laptop in December 2021. i no longer have apple products. i need to cancel the icloud storage plan but i am not able to do that.

You can cancel the iCloud plan using iCloud for Windows.
Follow Apple's instructions at Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan
Downgrade or cancel on your Windows PC
- Open iCloud for Windows.
- Click Storage.
- Click Change Storage Plan.
- Click Downgrade Options.
- Enter your Apple ID password, then click Manage.
- Choose a different plan.
- Click Done. Can't click Done?
Where is says choose a different plan, you will be choosing the free 5 GB plan. At that point your paid plan will cease.
