Photos library location in Finder?
I offloaded my Photos library to an external drive. Now I want to load the library back onto my new Mac with more memory. Where should I put it in Monterey?

In addition to Pictures, any folder inside your user Home folder should do, as long as the folder is not syncing with iCloud Drive. If you have iCloud Drive enabled, the library must not be in the Documents folder or on the Desktop. On no account put it on iCloud Drive or in your DropBox.
