iphone Storage

i recently reached the max storage on my phone. it was at 63 of my 64 gigabytes. i decided that i should delete some pictures and apps i wasn’t using to try and free up a little space. i freed up about 2 or 3 gigabytes which was fine. since then, i have not deleted anything. i went to check my storage today.. and it’s at 38 gigabytes. i cant find any help on what to do or what’s happening.

Without seeing the graphic for before the deletions it is difficult to say but that graphic looks very healthy.

Maybe you emptied Recently Deleted album on those iphone storage settings?

Did you also turn on Optimise Storage in the settings maybe? That would put all your master images into iCloud and you would have half-sized copies

Check Settings, your name, iCloud, Manage storage to see if you have. alot of images in there.
