I put the wrong name for the Billing information for my apple order

I recently purchased a IPhone from the Apple website. However, the name in the billing information does not match with the name stated in the credit card I used to purchase the Iphone (only the billing address matches).

I was just wondering if the name matters for the billing information? If it does, is there any way to change the billing information name for the order?
