Hello dear appl support team, I have ipad 4th generation I can not update it to the latest version ipados 14 or 15. Is there any option that i can update it? If yes how? Thanks and waiting for a reply.

No, there is no option. iOS 11 and later requires a 64 bit processor, iPadOS 13 and later require 2gb of RAM. iPad 4 was released in 2012, and thus lacks both of these.
