Hi Tingbaha, thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities:

Firstly can you check that your iPad is compatible with the Apple Pencil. The following link will help:

Can I further suggest that you are update to the latest iPadOS which is 15.2.1 (if you have not done this already) as updates can help resolve some problems. The following link can help you:

There are a few ways you can check why you Apple Pencil will not connect as detailed in the following link: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT205236

If that doesn't help, forget the device in Bluetooth Settings, and then reset your network settings on your iPad.

  • Settings > Bluetooth > Apple Pencil > Forget this Device
  • Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset > Reset Network Settings  and then connect your Apple Pencil again.

Sometimes an Apple Pencil can also become unusable over a period of time and you may want to consider purchasing another one.

Another option, if possible, is to try the Apple Pencil on another device and see if that works.

Nevertheless, if your Apple Pencil issue has still not been resolved you can make an appointment and have your iPad and/or Apple Pencil inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider). Please use this link to find one in your Country Apple – Location Selector. After going through the process, you will be given all the options available.
