ever since I upgraded to iOS 15 on my iPhone 11pro max my Bluetooth hasnt been connecting to my cars stereo system

I have the same problem, BUT:
Both devices run IOS 15.4
And I have other connection problems, with another device, but I'll leave that for another post...
So. Does anyone have a real solution???
I have this issue with my iphone 12 mini. If I manually reconnect via phone I can make one call and then it drops connection again. Other phones connect to car without a problem so the car system is not the issue
I have the same issue with my iPhone 13 and Bluetooth not connecting or dropping after connecting for one call in my vehicle.
