My iPad does not show my tcl smart tv on screen mirroring. My air play is turned on. How do I put the tv on the list. Bot iPad and tv are on the same network. I replugged everything. Tried everything everyone says to do.

Can I suggest that you update to the latest iPadOS which is 15.2.1 (if you have not done this already) as updates can help resolve some problems. The following link can help you:

However, Airplay and Screen Mirroring is available with an AirPlay 2-Compatible smart TV and you would need to check whether you TV is compatible.
