Over Zoom Effect on Watchface

Hello, I keep having the issue where my Apple Watch’s face zooms in so far that I’m unable to properly interface with it. I’m not sure if it’s something I’m doing or not but wanted to see if anyone else had this issue.

Something similar use to happen with my phone but I found the feature that caused it; however, the same features don’t seem to exist on the watch so I’m lost. Any help is appreciated. Thx.
