MY SECOND GENERATION AIRPODS STOPPED WORKING!

I tried to reset my AirPods, I tried to reset them with the case, I tried to reset them with the case charging, I managed to reset them, but they still don't connect to my bluetooth, the popup appears, asks me to configure them, after I do the configuration following the steps correctly when they ask, the AirPod connects to the bluetooth inside the case, but when I put it in my ears it disconnects. I don't know what else to do, they were working perfectly!

A. Visit Apple Support links:




B. Verify the Balance:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance


C. Also, Clear Out Earwax:

Troubleshooting AirPods Power:


A. A Few Links to Visit:





B. Try the Following Tasks:

  • Hold Down the Button on the case for about 15 seconds.


  • Use an Apple Brand Cable - not a third party one - cool though it may look, a fabric, third-part cable would likely tear - (Apple cable's are plastic and are intended for Apple)


  • Remove the AirPod from the Case, then place it back in the charger. Perhaps it need to resync with he charger.
