Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a subscription but when I go into purchases it says expired, we are however still being charged every month! How do I cancel it ?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
