Which Type of Card?
If you are looking to add a Method of Payment, or an iTunes/Apple Store gift card, then use a computer to perform that, as it would be more user friendly doing so.
SIM Card: Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of SIM Cards.
