MacBook Pro Display red lines issue

I'm having issues when watching anything on mac on full screen, there are red lines on the black part where the video is not being played. Already tried to check with apple and they have replaced the display but the issue is still the same. It is the same on new users or when I format the system and start like new. Any solutions as APPLE is unable to help in any way need my system for college and can't spare it for 10-15 days to apple they have tried doing the repair 2 times and kept the system for too long but never come up with any solution. Current software on macOS Monterey 12.1, Macbook model pro-13-Inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 port) 2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, Memory 16 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4Z and Graphics Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB. Can someone help me with it I use it for video editing and watching movies also working on school assignments

It appears that you have gone through all the troubleshooting steps and recommended solutions. The issue is clearly not resolved in your experience. I recommend that you continue pursuing the solution with Apple. If Apple cannot resolve this for you then the readers of your posts certainly cannot. Keep going back to Apple and keep showing the issue until it is resolved.

I saw your video on YouTube that you posted. Yes this issue can get quite annoying. Your display has been replaced by Apple and the issue has been reviewed by Apple at least twice according to your post. I am assuming that these repairs were made under warranty. When you initially received the computer back from Apple, then does the issue happen immediately when you watch a video or does this only happen over time after the repair? I am asking because I don’t understand why Apple would send your computer back to you without successful repairs under warranty.

If the repairs were performed while the computer was out of warranty, then did Apple tell you why it cannot be fixed? Does this issue happen while watching videos with ANY app including browsers?

Yes, the repairs were made under warranty, and I still have a warranty till 2023 Aug or something around that time. It started showing issues after 6 months, it was working perfectly fine. Not sure all apple says we can't find any such issues and I visited the store and showed them it's happening in front of Apple support specialist and he said " I'm not sure what is it and the asked the back service people and came back with a solution to replace the whole Logic Board." and it did not fix anything. It's happening when watching movies online on safari, chrome, and also tried Firefox, all have the same red lines. Also, it's the same if I view something offline on any video player.

Apple says might be a software issue and says to format it, start as new and I have done it several times now, even tried not to use old backup but the issue is still there, tried to google it people are saying it's a display issue but no concrete evidence. Going to apple again is like bagging my head in the wall now. They got no solution for this issue, they'll keep the system and always come back telling us we can't find anything on hardware or software check.

Is there any other solution? or any other thing I should try on this system
