Brother HL-L2390DW
Will my printer as the title have the Printers&Scanners option in OS X Mountain Lion? Just resetting it to see, if so I can print from OS X Mountain Lion. Mojave took so long for installation.

Hi,
According to the Brother support site, drivers are available down to OS X 10.10 Yosemite only.
https://support.brother.com/g/b/oslist.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=hll2390dw_us
However, since the Brother HL-L2390DW is listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model supporting this driverless technology, it may be worth testing AirPrint with your OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion computer. An AirPrint-enabled printer can be used without additional drivers, provided that the printer and the computer are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router). AirPrint is usually said to work down to Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, but we should perhaps not rule out that there may be some kind of printer firmware limitation in this very case, so look upon this as an experiment.
Reset the Mac printing system to solve a problem – Apple Support (UK)
Add a printer on Mac – Apple Support (UK)
If necessary, you could verify the AirPrint functionality through the use of an iPhone/iPad.
Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Hi,
Thank you. The information in your original post was limited. Based on this, I do not know how to provide a better answer. Also, please note that this is a user to user forum. We are users, just like you. I am not working for Apple.
