How to see everything that is on my phone and hidden
How can I check everything out that’s on my phone as of now all the dats

you may need to explain better what you mean.
You can simply swipe thru your Home Screen(s) to see what you have on your iPhone for apps.
You can go into Settings > General > iPhone Storage and scroll thru that list of apps.
You can also look at your purchase history and see any apps that have been 'hidden', but that doesn't mean they are on your iPhone
