Can't change Region there.

Are you sure? At File > Advanced > Language & Region ... there are lots of options for a different region on my machine. And I suspect on yours too.😀

Under language you first choose something other than System - English or System - whatever your system language is, then you have lots of choices for region, I think well over 100 choices!

It appears to have picked up your three special formats with the day first from System Preferences (exactly as they appear, including the lack of space characters). The others are the built-in formats for Numbers for your region. You can also make custom formats in Numbers for date&time rather than having to do them in System Preferences.

Making custom format don't help either because in US first number is month so when im making Custom Day/Month/Year and im write 05/01/2022 and I mean 5th Januar 2022 after pressing return numbers is saving that with 01/05/2022 like 1st May 2022 because he is thinking like Americans that I wrote first month. I know that because when I write 13/12/2022 he know that I write first day because there is no more than 12 months and after pressing return he write it correctly 13/12/2022..
