How to change my icloud password without apple devices

You can do it on the Internet with a web browser. Sign into Manage your Apple ID

Go to Sign in and Security, the top option on the left.

Click on Password and a box opens up:

Enter your current password and then your new password (twice). I didn’t progress past that point so either the confirmation happens at that stage or you get a final chance to approve the change.
