Apple card "rotating security code"

I have automatic recurring payments set up in my computer, for example: my cable bill payment. If I use my apple card for this and turn on "rotating security code" will it automatically update these apple payments on the computer so I don't have to manually reenter my security code, or will these automatic payments be rejected for the wrong security code?
