Jg00d0ne,

We’d like to have you test turning off voice feedback for workouts, go through a workout and test to see if the issue persists. To turn Voice Feedback on or off, open the Settings app on your Apple Watch, tap Workouts, then tap Voice Feedback.

Thank you.

Hello Jg00d0ne,

We understand that you’re not receiving sound through your AirPods when there is an active workout on your Apple Watch.

To clarify, are your AirPods not pairing with your watch, is there no sound even though they are paired or something else?

Let’s also verify that your iPhone, watch and AirPods are all up to date.

On your iPhone you can check for updates in Settings > General > Software Update.

On your watch you can check in Settings > General > About or in the Watch app on your companion iPhone in General > Software Update.

For your AirPods, if they are connected with your iPhone you can check the firmware version in Settings > Bluetooth by tapping the ‘i’ to the right of your AirPods.

Thanks.
