Face id not available

when my face id started to not work, i went on to settings - face id and passwords - reset face id. but when i keep pressing reset face id it still comes up with face id is unavailable try again later. i’ve been trying to reset it for the past 5 days and still the same message pops up.

Hello Support, you are not answering the question here. What does it mean when we follow your instructions but it says "Face ID is Not Available. Try setting up Face ID later."?

If you still need help, reset Face ID, then set it up again. Go to Settings > Face ID &Passcode and tap Reset Face ID. Then tap Set up Face ID to set it up again.
