This is something that Apple does not support. All Third-Party apps are supported by the developers of the apps. If you are having an issue with a Third-Party App, then I suggest you get in touch with the developer of the app and let them know that you are having issues. They will be able to offer you the support needed to be able to get into the app or if some additional programming is needed they will be able to take care of that as well.
