I have been denied a refund when I was double and triple charged for Gold Bars.
I requested 100 Gold Bars. The money was deducted for 200 or 300 gold bars.
The money is deducted for twice or three times the Gold Bars; however the number of gold bars only registers 100 Gold Bars.
I have tried to communicate with Apple, asking them to look at the purchases, but their answer is short. “Your claim is denied.”
When I Googled this issue, I found many other people are experiencing the same issue.
Apple is scamming us.
I would keep asking until you get a real person to talk to. I am considering deleting the game
When I report the problem I do not speak to a person. My questions are not answered.

I asked the time the charges were made. I wouldn’t order 2 or 3 orders of gold bars consecutively.
I asked if they could see that the money removed did not match the gold bars I received.
When I asked for the claim to be reviewed, the answer was the same with no explanation.
How to solve this ?
