Purchase issue on app. Overcharged

How do I get refunded if I was charged 3 times for one purchase ? Did not get an email from purchase but does show on my bank account

Pos Apple purchase i didnt make I got charged for POS Apple purchase i didnt make , first my subscription charges was deducted for my icloud storage and after 2 days i got an email from my bank that your card is charged for pos apple purchase . Hi, i purchased 2 subscription unintentionally, so i request to refund my purchase. after 1 day i got an email that your payment has been refunded. but till now i didn’t recieve my payment in my bank.
