I don’t have an answer for this problem, but am replying in hopes someone does bc I am also having this prob. Out of nowhere, 2018 MacBook Pro decided to stop accepting password. But now devolved to nonstop restarting and getting stuck at Language Chooser page. Have tried running Disk Utility First Aid, restarting with P+R held down, restarting w Shift, restarting w Shift + Command + Control. None of this has helped. Still stuck on Language Chooser.
