The icons for my keynote presentations on my desktop are no longer the first page of my presentations. The icon is now a keynote pic. How do I change it back?

Two thing can cause this, 1 - a change in Finder settings or a corrupt preference file
Try changing the setting first:
In Finder, go to View menu and select Show View Options
select the option to Show icon preview
