trying to downgrade from iso 15 back to 14.8

I'm trying to downgrade my mother & law IPAD PRO 1st Gen from IOS 15 back to IOS 14.8

iPad Pro 12.9-inch Wi-Fi

You are not going to be able to downgrade the iOS version on your iPad:

Apple does not support it.
iOS version 14.x is no longer available to be signed by Apple if installed on your iPad as a downgrade.

You can open the book in the Books app and then change the font size to a larger size. That is one way of doing it. The other is increasing the font size systemwide.

Open Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ Display & Text Size ➡️ Larger Text ➡️ Larger Accessibility Size: Set this to ON. There will be a slider below that you can use to increase/decrease the text size.

If I can not downgrade, how do i increase the magnification so she can read IBOOKS
