Privacy Warning ⚠️ DNS Traffic

My Wi-Fi on iPhone 11Pro Max let’s me connect sometimes, however, it has a Privacy Warning ⚠️ displaying-it’s says the Network is Blocking DNS Traffic, it has stopped showing most content in my emails etc.

I’ve done all the trouble shooting including forgetting the network>Disabled Auto Join>Private wifi address etc. I reset the Gateway(Att Router), restored defaults on gateway etc.

Not sure what to do now any advice??
