itunes could not connect to this iphone error 0x800000A

iphone se won't update to 15.2.1. After several attempts to update on iphone, I tried updating on PC Windows 10 and received error message (itunes could not connect to this iphone error 0x800000A). Any suggestions? Thanks.

FYI:

Update iTunes on the PC.

Disable Security- & Antivirus software.

Apple Mobile Device Services -> Start type -> Automatic.

Then restart the PC and try to do the update.
