Way not my iphone can't update apps from app store?

App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - If you can't connect   *


Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *


Try a forced restart. See the section towards the end of the article.


Reset Device. -


If necessary


Hard reset.     -


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      *


Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *

Hello,

  • You should be able to update apps by opening the App Store, tapping your profile picture in the upper right corner, then pulling down to refresh, this way you will receive updates (if there are any).
  • Do you get an error message when trying to update apps?
  • Make sure you are on a stable connection (Wi-Fi is recommended)
  • Restart your device
  • You may have automatic updates which is updating the apps for you, you can check this in settings > app store > automatic downloads > app updates
  • Some apps might not have updates for weeks or even months, if it has been a month and you still don’t receive any app updates, you should contact apple support directly through chat or phone.
